Ancestry Saturday: Christmas Pries Family Photos Free

I've been on a quest for a couple of months but to no avail.  My kids' great grandfathers from their mom's side were the last of the photos needed to ensure a photo for each person in the first four generations of their family tree.

I knew people had them.  I just was having trouble getting them.

I'll credit the fact I have them now to Christmas.

Late on the evening of  Christmas Day, an e-mail from one family member brought this photo of Orville Harper.

Then, a December 30 post office delivery of a Christmas card brought this circa 1952 family photo which included the man in the hat--Barney Disselbrett.

I think Christmas was the motivation to share.

I'm grateful for it.
